John W. Hogan Jr. became Of Counsel in the firm in 2002 after practicing law in New Haven for more than 38 years. His primary areas of practice include banking transactions, commercial real estate financing and development, corporation, LLC and partnership formations and transactions, the formation and management of charitable and other non-profit organizations, clients’ estate planning and probating of clients’ estates. Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice law in Connecticut state and federal courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
