Jeffrey P. Mogan practices public and private sector labor and employment law, including representing management before the State Board of Labor Relations, the National Labor Relations Board, in arbitration proceedings, and in collective bargaining negotiations.  Mr. Mogan routinely advises employers on a wide variety of labor relations and employment issues, including contract administration, negotiation strategy, and employment investigations.  Attorney Mogan was named a New England Rising Star as one of the top attorneys in New England for 2011-12.

Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Mogan practiced labor and employment law at a firm in Bridgeport, Connecticut, worked as a Law Clerk at a firm in Springfield, Massachusetts and interned with the National Labor Relations Board Region Thirty-Four in Hartford.  He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Attorney Mogan is a graduate of the Honors Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston, summa cum laude, where he also played NCAA baseball, and Western New England College School of Law, cum laude.  At WNEC he served as Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review.
