John W. Hogan, Jr. became of counsel in the law firm in 2002 after practicing law in New Haven for thirty-eight years. His areas of concentration are banking, commercial real estate financing and development, general business/corporation/LLC law, mergers and acquisitions,formation and management of non-profit organizations and estate planning.He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut state and federal courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
